Who should start a business?

Hot take: Everyone is capable of running a business.

You just have to want it bad enough...

And turn that want into diligence and action.

The main ingredient for an entrepreneur is not experience, but grit:

- Courage

- Consistency

- Resilience

How much help you need in the primary pillars depends upon your talents and experience:

- Operations (product/delivery)

- Sales & Marketing (raising awareness)

- Finance (business results/interpretation)

If you lack experience in an area, you may need help from:

- A co-founder

- An employee

- A fractional executive

Don't be ignorant about any of the pillars, even if you get help.

If you don't understand, seek an explanation. Be relentless.

As the founder, you are responsible.
