Absolutely not.

Growth is one of my core values, but to me, that means:

Sustainable growth

Personal growth

Happy growth

for me, that looks like...

Adding business infrastructure

Maintaining my yoga practice

Sleeping "enough" 🙃

CPG operations seminars

Being present with my kids

Prospect calls

It means always thinking about "What's next?" for the business.

I apply this to my conversations with clients too.

It has to come from inside, otherwise you're still working for someone else, even if you're an entrepreneur.
