Partnership or Kickback?

"Sign up for our partnership and get a bonus for each client!"

I have had more offers for partnerships than I can count in my short time in business:

- bookkeepers

- FP&A

- ERP

Let me be very clear:

I don't plan to ever take money

in relation to you, my client

that you don't know about.

As a fractional CFO, I consider myself a fiduciary.

"Fiduciary consultants are individuals or organizations with the legal duty to act in the client's best interest. They create a trustworthy bond with a client while avoiding conflicts of interest."

I will not recommend a solution for you that is not the best solution I can conclude, according to my accumulated knowledge and expertise and the information I have available to me.

I operate as a strategic finance partner:

- Coming alongside you

- Meeting you where you are

- Reaching for your goals

I would like to think I wouldn't be influenced by partnerships - but I want to avoid the remote potential or appearance of an adverse interest.

Client interest - above all else.
