CPG Founder need to DIY your financial model?


It's great to have help, but if you:

- want to play with your numbers

- have financial expertise

- are in a pinch


...it might be useful and fun to build your own model!


I recommend the free Forecastr Excel templates.


It's the only free model template I've found

with a balance sheet...

that actually balances. 🙃

I used it and modified the Ecommerce template for a client to show channels instead of tiers.


Then once you get too big/complex for the Excel template,

Forecastr's software might be helpful to you.
